At Susetta Designs Co, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and exchanges.

Returns (Change of Mind)

If you are located in the European Union (EU), you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without providing a reason. To be eligible for a return, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition, and returned within 14 days of notifying us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Hygiene & Custom Items

Due to the nature of our products, press-on nails, the following items are non-returnable: custom or personalised nail sets, items that have been used or tried on, and items not returned in their original condition. This is in line with hygiene and safety regulations.

International Worldwide Returns

We happily ship worldwide. For customers outside the EU, returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery unless otherwise stated. Return shipping, customs fees, and import duties are the customer’s responsibility. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos. You are entitled to a replacement, repair, or full refund in accordance with consumer protection laws. We will cover all associated costs in these cases.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued within 14 days to your original payment method. We may deduct a reasonable amount if the item shows signs of use beyond what is necessary to inspect it.
